Our M3 First Aid Medical Bag is a first aid kit that can be quickly opened with a single buckle snap. Once opened, the bag folds out so you can access any of the 4 main compartments instantly.
The M3 Elite First Aid Bag is MOLLE compatible and can be secured to a vest, pack, belt or use the shoulder strap to carry around your body. Can also be used by first responders, paramedics, combat lifesavers (CLS), and other military personnel to treat small groups or squads.
