Description
This HMH-462 Patch represents the Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 462 which is a United States Marine Corps helicopter squadron operating the CH-53E Super Stallion heavy transport helicopters. HMH-462 is part of MAG-16 and the 3rd Marine Airwing. At the top of the patch are the words ‘HEAVYHAULERS”. A large green and red dragon is pictured at the center of the patch clutching a military vehicle and cannon.
