Description
QuikClot Combat Gauze provides the ease of gauze but with an added clotting agent embedded within providing the power to stop even the worst arterial and venous bleeding. Combat Gauze generates no heat, and is also inert and non-allergenic.
To use, simply pack Combat Gauze dressing into the wound and apply pressure for 3-5 minutes. Even the most traumatic arterial and venous bleeding is stopped. It’s so pliable that it conforms to virtually any size or shape of injury. It is easily removed once clotting has taken place.
Please Note: This item is expired, however, it is still factory sealed, and the military continues to use them in their IFAK(s).
