Description
The Specialty Defense System Combat Integrated Releasable Armor System (CIRAS) is a spectacular armor carrying vest. The CIRAS is designed to allow the end user to rapidly jettison the armor platform. This aids in ease of use during WMD Decontamination, access to a wounded officer, as well as Maritime Operations. The CIRAS vest incorporates a single release cable that makes the assembly process easier than it’s predecessors.
The CIRAS accepts SPEAR BALCS cut soft armor inserts, as well as a 10″ x 12″ SAPI or simililar rifle plates.
